Andy Powell is deeply rooted in his hometown of Niceville, where his family has been established for five generations. His strong family ties and dedication to his wife Brittany and their four dogs are central to his life. Andy is also a proud 4th generation Master Mason and Shriner, honoring his family's heritage.

With a degree in Architectural Design and Construction Technology, Andy worked in architectural design for over a decade, contributing to projects ranging from Pensacola to Dubai with the Army Corps of Engineers. He later transitioned to real estate in 2019 and has since excelled, ranking in the top 20% of his office due to his extensive industry knowledge and client-focused approach.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys a variety of hobbies that keep him active and engaged. He plays multiple instruments, travels, and indulges in tabletop games and comic collecting.
